Steve Job’s Car
I just learned something interesting that I didn’t know before. (Hence the use of the word “learn.”) Steve Jobs drives a car with no license plate. Wow. He’s cool. (Really…he kinda is.)
The rumor is (at least, what I’ve read in a Flickr mouseover) that people steal his license plates. Still, it’s very interesting that, for some reason, he’s allowed to go around without them. Do all California cops have the memo? Or does he get stopped a lot and not care?
Update: According to “Dave,” a commenter on AutoBlog, “California has permitted him to drive without a plate and instead with a bar code where the plate should be because his plate has been stolen too many times.”
